It is never too early to submit a project request. Please complete the form below to initiate a new project request with the Sonoma State University Marketing & Communications Department.
Please note that standard project turnaround time is approximately three weeks from the date of submission. The length of time to complete your project will depend upon its complexity, the status of your content and our team's workload.

Once we receive your project, we will assign our team members to start working on your project. If we have any follow up questions, we will be in contact. Throughout the production process, you will be asked to proofread and approve marketing or communications via document or our online proof and approval platform. Please read all proofs carefully, with an eye toward spotting and correcting any inaccuracies and mistake. Once you approve the final product, please place your order if printing through Campus Prints or work with us to determine the best way to distribute your marketing and communications project.
